HISTORY.

Reach CM Ltd was formed in February 2023 by Aaron Usmani. His vision was to create an intelligent and innovative construction company, whose sole purpose is to deliver great buildings.

Aaron graduated in Construction Management & Surveying at Reading University in 2006, then joined Laing O’Rourke’s graduate management scheme where he worked for 4 years.  Aaron joined Henley Homes in 2010 – eventually becoming Group Construction Director.

Aaron has brought a number of former colleagues to Reach, along with a network of valuable relationships within the supply chain.  Aaron and the team’s experience of successfully delivering multiple complex projects is demonstrated by the selection of past projects highlighted below.
